Sales Executive/Business Development

Base salary will be 75K plus commissions

I am seeking a sales executive with business development and RFQ and RFP response writing experience for Power, Water, MEP, Civil, and Environmental engineering services. Must have a college degree. Preference for a BS or MS in engineering or environmental sciences.

Must have a minimum of 5 years full-time experience in a sales role with support examples of RFQs and RFPs developed to review. These may be redacted. Must not have any non-compete or non-solicitation agreements which preclude for our key prospects.

Must be will to sign our extended NDA, Non-Compete & Non-solicitation agreement to qualify for commissions. Must have ability to independently travel up to 50% of the time, to drive to prospects and clients' sites and events, and deliver presentations.

Past experience creating and delivering public presentations in the engineering and environmental services field for sales and marketing or technical is required.

100% remote, must be located in the contiguous US with preference to TX & PA.

Base salary will be 75K plus commissions. A commissions plan will be supplied to the apparent candidate with the offer. Expectations of booked business per year is 1.5 million in engineering services located in US. Commissions should double salary, and can be higher with greater sales.

I am not interested in a candidate with prior business or current business ownership. Only seeking candidates that are currently employed.
